What are typical construction hours?

Work will be performed in accordance with the approved noise exemption permit, posted on site hoarding:

Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

How long will construction last?

There are many factors that can affect the speed of construction. Generally, a project like this can be expected to take approximately four (4) years to complete. As the project progresses, we will provide updates on construction timelines.

How will you keep the community informed?

This website is our primary community information tool. We will be posting regular construction updates here. Feel free to ask us questions about the construction process and activities by leaving you information in the Contact Us section.

Will there be street closures?

These street closures will be performed in accordance with City of Toronto requirements. We will advise the community well advance of each street closure and work with our neighbours to ensure the minimum possible disruption.

Will sidewalks be closed?

Temporary sidewalk closures will be required during construction to ensure pedestrian safety. Pedestrian safety measures will include the use of temporary sidewalks, lighting, protective barriers, overhead protection, redirecting of pedestrians when necessary, directional signals and paid duty police officers when they are required.
