Construction is moving well this month with the completion of the 46th floor slab pours and associated columns. Window installations have been completed on L31 and windows are also currently being installed on the podium levels. All necessary overhead protection and hoarding has been installed and we ask all pedestrians to continue to exercise caution moving forward. Formwork is still the primary activity on site and residents are asked to continue being mindful of the ongoing concrete and rebar deliveries along Saint Nicholas St. and Wellesley.
