Construction is progressing this month with the completion of the both the lower and mechanical penthouse level pours. Window installations have been completed on L45 on the tower. Formwork is still the primary activity on site, with focus on completing the Roof pours and progressing to installation of the Roof steel. All necessary overhead protection and hoarding has been installed and we ask all pedestrians to continue to exercise caution moving forward. All residents are asked to continue being mindful of the ongoing concrete and rebar deliveries along Saint Nicholas St. and Wellesley.
