Project Update September 2024

Construction is progressing well this month with the completion of the roof pours with a few miscellaneous pours outstanding. Window installations have been completed on L50 on the tower.  Roof steel installation has begun and is expected to be completed this month. All necessary overhead protection and hoarding has been installed and we ask all pedestrians to continue to exercise caution moving forward. All residents are asked to continue being mindful of the ongoing material deliveries along Saint Nicholas St. and Wellesley.
